Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

- 0.25 cup pickles
- 4 120g cod fillets
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Dip each cod fillet into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
