  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Dip each cod fillet into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
