Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup peas and carrots
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 32 oz tater tots
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lb ground beef

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. Step 3: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Step 4: Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
