Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef top round
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 160°F (70°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger.
