Ingredients

  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 cup green onions
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup pickled ginger
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Step 3: Brush the mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Step 4: Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Slice the chicken into thin strips.
