Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup pineapple rings
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 oz ground beef
  • 0.25 cup (60ml) pineapple juice
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, grated ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
