Description
Sweet and savory Japanese-inspired chicken wings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and vegetable oil
- Step 3: Add garlic and ginger to the bowl and whisk until smooth
