Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup peanuts
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.25 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup red onion
- 0.25 cup honey
- 0.25 cup scallions
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ginger
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated
- Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth
- Step 4: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size
- Step 5: In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey. Blend until smooth
- Step 6: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm). Transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet
- Step 7: Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges
- Step 8: Top the sauce with chicken, bell peppers, red onion, scallions, and peanuts
- Step 9: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top
- Step 10: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly
- Step 11: Sprinkle cilantro over the top and serve hot
