Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup peanuts
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup scallions
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated
  3. Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth
  4. Step 4: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size
  5. Step 5: In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey. Blend until smooth
  6. Step 6: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm). Transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet
  7. Step 7: Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges
