  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
