Description

Ingredients
- 0.5 cups water
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 5: Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside.
- Step 6: Punch down the dough and shape into a circle or rectangle, 1/4 inch thick.
- Step 7: Transfer the dough to the preheated stone and top with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Step 8: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
