Description

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cup spinach
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package cheese-filled tortellini
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
- Step 3: Pour in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
