Description
A colorful and refreshing platter of exotic fruits, perfect for warm weather gatherings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 0.5 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup kiwi
- 0.25 cup coconut
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the pineapple, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, honey, and lime juice until well combined
- Step 3: Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the bowl with the coconut mixture and toss to coat
- Step 4: Add the strawberry and blueberry mixture to the bowl with the pineapple, mango, and kiwi
- Step 5: Gently toss all the fruits together until they are evenly distributed
- Step 6: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld
- Step 7: Just before serving, garnish with additional shredded coconut and a sprinkle of lime zest if desired
