Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • 0.25 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cut the pineapple, mango, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, honey, and lime juice until well combined
  3. Step 3: Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the bowl with the coconut mixture and toss to coat
