Description
A refreshing and sweet fruit salad featuring a combination of tropical fruits and toasted coconut flakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 0.5 cup coconut
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup kiwi
- 1 cup pineapple
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, kiwi, and strawberries
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and salt until well combined
- Step 3: Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and toss to coat
- Step 4: Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top of the fruit and toss again to combine
