Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cups water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Step 5: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).
  6. Step 6: In a pan, caramelize the mushrooms with garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Spread the mushroom mixture over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border.
