Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup truffle oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 cup caramelized onions
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 2 teaspoons yeast
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 2: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 3: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Step 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 5: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out into a circle or rectangle shape.
