Description

- 1 sheet nori seaweed

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions using the water, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Step 2: Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices.
- Step 3: Cut the tuna into small pieces.
- Step 4: Lay a sheet of nori seaweed flat on a sushi mat or a piece of parchment paper.
- Step 5: Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Step 6: Arrange the tuna, avocado, and cucumber horizontally in the middle of the rice.
