Description
A refreshing and protein-packed wrap filled with tuna salad, mixed greens, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 large tomato
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 5 oz can tuna
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Step 2: Lay a large lettuce leaf on a flat surface.
- Step 3: Spoon about 1/2 cup of the tuna salad onto the center of the lettuce leaf.
- Step 4: Arrange a few slices of tomato and cucumber on top of the tuna salad.
- Step 5: Place a tortilla on top of the vegetables and gently fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling.
- Step 6: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly to form a compact cylinder.
- Step 7: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.
