Description

A refreshing and protein-packed wrap filled with tuna salad, mixed greens, and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 5 oz can tuna
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Step 2: Lay a large lettuce leaf on a flat surface.
  3. Step 3: Spoon about 1/2 cup of the tuna salad onto the center of the lettuce leaf.
  4. Step 4: Arrange a few slices of tomato and cucumber on top of the tuna salad.
  5. Step 5: Place a tortilla on top of the vegetables and gently fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly to form a compact cylinder.
  7. Step 7: Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.
