Description
Fresh tuna mixed with citrus and herbs, served with toasted baguette
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chives
- 0.25 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dill
- 12 oz sushi-grade tuna
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices baguette
Instructions
- Step 1: Cut the tuna into small pieces and place in a bowl
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
- Step 3: Pour the dressing over the tuna and mix gently
- Step 4: Stir in chopped chives and dill
- Step 5: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
- Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Step 7: Just before serving, toast the baguette slices
- Step 8: Serve the tuna tartare on toasted baguette slices
