Description

Fresh tuna mixed with citrus and herbs, served with toasted baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chives
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 12 oz sushi-grade tuna
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices baguette

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cut the tuna into small pieces and place in a bowl
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper
  3. Step 3: Pour the dressing over the tuna and mix gently
  4. Step 4: Stir in chopped chives and dill
  5. Step 5: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
  6. Step 6: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  7. Step 7: Just before serving, toast the baguette slices
  8. Step 8: Serve the tuna tartare on toasted baguette slices
