Description
A twist on the classic BLT, with sliced turkey and avocado added to the mix
Ingredients
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz turkey breast
- 4 slices bread
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, then set aside.
- Step 3: Toast the bread slices until lightly browned.
- Step 4: Spread mayonnaise on two slices of toasted bread, and Dijon mustard on the other two.
- Step 5: Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of turkey, a few slices of bacon, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and an avocado slice on each bread slice with mayonnaise.
- Step 6: Top with the remaining bread slices.
