Description
A triple-decker sandwich filled with sliced turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and creamy mayonnaise on toasted bread
Ingredients
- 4 oz turkey breast
- 2 medium tomato slices
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, flipping halfway through (6-8 minutes).
- Step 2: Toast the bread slices until lightly browned (2-3 minutes).
- Step 3: Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each toasted bread slice.
- Step 4: Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of toasted bread, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, 2 slices of bacon, 2 oz of sliced turkey, and a slice of cheese on top of each other.
- Step 5: Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a slice of toasted bread on top.
