Description

A triple-decker sandwich filled with sliced turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and creamy mayonnaise on toasted bread

Ingredients

  • 4 oz turkey breast
  • 2 medium tomato slices
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, flipping halfway through (6-8 minutes).
  2. Step 2: Toast the bread slices until lightly browned (2-3 minutes).
  3. Step 3: Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each toasted bread slice.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the sandwich by placing a slice of toasted bread, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, 2 slices of bacon, 2 oz of sliced turkey, and a slice of cheese on top of each other.
  5. Step 5: Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a slice of toasted bread on top.
