Description

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup yellow onion
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 large eggs
- 0.5 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup black beans
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 0.5 pound chorizo
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.
