Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated.
  3. Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Gradually add the remaining cup of flour, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Step 5: Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes shiny and elastic.
