Ingredients
- Salt and pepper

- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 cup yellow bell pepper

- 2 tbsp hummus
- 0.5 cup chickpeas
- 0.5 cup cucumber
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 0.5 cup red bell pepper
- 0.5 cup orange bell pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Toss bell peppers and onion with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Step 3: Spread hummus on the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
