  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until the yeast is activated.
  3. Step 3: Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
