Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) vodka
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
