Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together whiskey, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Add the ribs to the bowl and coat evenly with the glaze.
  4. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange the ribs on the baking sheet.
