Description

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups water
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup basil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until yeast is activated
  3. Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms
  4. Step 4: Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, one cup at a time, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic
