Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 0.25 cup dry white wine
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup clam juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 0.5 cup clams
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente
- Step 2: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- Step 3: Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
- Step 4: Pour in the white wine and clam juice, and stir to combine
